From live conversation to a working artifact.

VoxForge treats a product meeting as a changing body of intent. The conversation provides context; confirmed decisions update the working model; AI agents use that model to shape an artifact while the people responsible can still inspect it.

Follow the product conversation live.

The transcript is useful context, but it is not the final product. VoxForge listens for the parts of the discussion that may affect what the team is building: questions, decisions, actions, claims and requests to make or revise something.

Sam “Could people explore the workspace before they make an account?”

Ari “Yes—until they invite another person.”

Keep intent, status and causality connected.

A passing suggestion is not the same as a decision. A later answer can narrow an earlier idea. VoxForge keeps these distinctions visible and uses human confirmation when an answer should become part of the current product state.

Make the consequence visible in the room.

The working artifact updates from confirmed intent and retains a revision trail. The team can compare what it sees with what it meant, expose ambiguity early and continue the conversation from something concrete.

Not “record, summarise, hand off.”

The loop continues while the meeting is active. New context can refine a requirement; a confirmed answer can update the artifact; the visible result can reveal the next useful question.

AI can propose, classify and make. The team remains responsible for what becomes true.

That boundary is deliberate. Ambiguity should stay visible until the people in the room resolve it; model failure should not silently rewrite the product; and every meaningful artifact change should retain its origin.
