A live product workflow, not another notes app.

A transcript tells you what was said. A summary tells you what was discussed. A meeting-to-artifact system helps the team see what the product has become as the conversation changes it.

The artifact is a live expression of shared intent.

“Artifact” is intentionally broader than prototype. Different product conversations need different useful outputs: an interface concept, a structured specification, a decision model, an implementation outline or another working representation.

The common requirement is causality. The artifact should be connected to the decisions, answers and revisions that shaped it—not appear as an unexplained block of generated output.

Product truth changes during the meeting.

A useful system needs to preserve the change, not flatten every statement into one undifferentiated record.

Idea

Let people explore before creating an account.

Question

What happens when they invite a collaborator?

Decision

Require sign-in at the invite boundary.

Revision

Keep the invite visible and explain the boundary.

Artifact v6

The onboarding concept now reflects the confirmed flow.

Not production software by declaration

A fast live artifact helps test alignment. It does not remove engineering, research, testing or professional judgement.

Not automatic consensus

AI should not silently decide which ambiguous statement becomes a requirement. Confirmation remains a team responsibility.

Not a transcript with a prettier screen

The distinctive work is retaining state, status and causality—and using them to revise the shared artifact.
